In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was in primary school, I used to watch rap battles with my cousin and we would try to imitate the videos. When I got into highschool I used to record songs in studios found in the "ghetto" setup and thats when I knew I had real love for music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Gunna, WUNNA Migos, Culture II Travis Scott, ASTROWORLD Travis Scott, Gunna and the Migos were all influential to me in my teenage years. When I began my music journey I started imitating their styles before I could develop my own.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Mendy” This song means a lot to me because when it was released, it was the song that helped boost my status. Majority of my fans would message me telling me how much they love the song. Till this day it still remains a fan favourite.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? When I graduated from high school, I was granted the opportunity to perform one of my songs in front of my parents as well as the whole school. That was a big deal for me as I used the opportunity to come out as an artist to the public.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to do more shows and build a bigger fanbase. That way I would be able to spread my art to more people and gain new fans. I love collaborating as well so I would love to work with artist bigger than me.
